Sliders and Pulls: Die-Cast Precision

Our sliders and pulls are made using die-cast molds (PMM-006, PMM-007, PMM-008). These molds give us tight tolerances and smooth surfaces. We offer standard sizes for #3, #5, #8, #10 zippers, and custom designs.

For nylon coil zippers, we use the PM-321 and PM-322 machines to assemble sliders onto the chain. This ensures proper alignment and smooth operation.

Zipper Tape: Woven In-House

Many suppliers buy tape from outside. Primo weaves its own tape on PM-510 Jeso looms. We use polyester or cotton yarn, and we can dye it to your color. This gives us control over width, thickness, and strength.

Our tape is used for nylon, resin, and metal zippers. It meets OEKO-TEX standards for safety.

Stops and Other Components

Stops are critical for zipper function. We make top stops, bottom stops, and U-shape metal stops. For plastic and resin zippers, we use injection molding (PM-013). For metal zippers, we use die-cast or stamped parts.

Our PM-351 pin & box and PM-361/371 top/bottom stops are designed for easy assembly and long life.
